Data on structure of one of the large nickel-bearing intrusions of Kamchatka as lopolith is revised. Principal peridotite-gabbro-norite part of layering massif is formed by two phases of many-portions injection of water magnesian basic magma. These phases were separated by tectonic event and overturned in different extent and different directions. Petrochemistry and petrography of the massif are discussed; recommendations for ores prospecting are given.
