A geological position and petrology of the explored part of layered intrusion with a bottom deposit of syngenetic sulfide copper-nickel ores is described. A cumulative origin of cortlandites that form the intrusion and rocks associated with them – derived rocks of high-water ultramafic magma of boninitic (quartz-tholeiitic) type is shown. An overturned occurrence of intrusion is used for interpretation of the folded component of ore field structure that was unknown earlier.
