A structure of lithosphere plate boundaries as a zones of shear
deformations is considered as geological evidence of «own»
(not Euler) rotation of plates. An analysis of features of
deformation field structural pictures of geological and tectonic
maps confirms existence of vortex-type structures. There
is established the existence of two direct proportional relationships
between rates of lithosphere plate movement and extents of
their convergent and divergent boundaries having different
characterized times. It is justified the hypothesis about
correlation of vortex processes in tectonosphere with wave
processes caused by rotation planetary scale. The review
of vortex motions and the extensive literature is given.
