The influence of earth tides upon seismicity is investigated.
Thus the various power levels of seismicity are considered: earthquakes
with magnitude M > 2.6. It is shown, that in the time of preparation
of three strong Kamchatkan earthquake with Mі7.0 the conformity
of weak earthquake moment to fixed values of tidal wave phase
is observed during several years. The similar effect is observed
in the high-frequency seismic noise (HFSN, amplitude - 10-12-
10-9 m, frequency - first tens Hz) too: the phase of tidal component
of the HFSN envelope has stabilised value during several months
before strong earthquake.
